From the City of Oviedo:
Construction on Lockwood southbound, south of Mitchell Hammock to Longbranch, is taking longer than anticipated due to problems encountered with pipe installed under previous contracts. Repairs to previously installed work and pressure testing are completed. Final repaving of both lanes wil be completed in approximately one week, weather permitting. Traffic will be impacted during this operation. The pipe installation on Old Lockwood is complete. Pressure testing is complete and the roadway is repaved. Old Lockwood has returned to normal traffic conditions. Please drive safely in work zones.
