Full Description:
School: Teaches third grade at St. Luke's Lutheran School in Oviedo.
Education and experience: Associate's degree in music education from Valencia Community College in Orlando and a bachelor's degree in liberal studies from the University of Central Florida.
Time teaching: 15 years, all at St. Luke's.
Reason for becoming a teacher: I had always wanted to be a teacher since elementary school. I enjoy helping others, and teaching allows me to do this.
Greatest moment as a teacher: It is thrilling to me to watch the love of reading take hold of my students every year.
